Theo Kalogeracos runs a very special restaurant called Little Caesars in the Perth hills.
It has become such an icon that most of their customers take the 50 minute drive from central Perth to enjoy the food and atmosphere.
Theo, a one time baker, is now a multiple award-winning pizza maker with many world titles including 2006 Las Vegas Italian Chef Wars Winner.
Recently he has been working in China teaching the art of pizza making while towing around a pizza oven in regional China.
